The Federal Judicial Academy (FJA) proudly marks a successful achievement of another institutional milestone. The faculty of Federal Judicial Academy has now been officially notified by the Government of Pakistan as Accredited Mediators under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2017 and the Alternative Dispute Resolution (Accreditation) Rules, 2023, vide Notification dated 29 July 2026 issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice.

On this notable achievement the Federal Judicial Academy extends its heartfelt congratulations to its faculty members, which further strengthens the Academy’s institutional capacity to lead mediation and ADR initiatives across Pakistan.

The Academy also expresses its profound gratitude to the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan as Chairman of the FJA Board and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb, Advisor to the Board of Governors and Judge, Supreme Court of Pakistan, for their visionary leadership and unwavering support in advancing mediation and institutionalising ADR in Pakistan.

The Academy further conveys its sincere appreciation to the Ministry of Law and Justice, particularly the Accreditation Committee, for establishing a transparent and merit-based accreditation framework that continues to strengthen mediation in Pakistan.
